Networking: Connect OSX to Debian shareWhat's the best way to file share a Debian file system with OSX? Any links to tutorials? |
Re: Networking: Connect OSX to Debian share
You have a number of options that I know of:
1. NFS
2. Appletalk (apt-get install netatalk)
3. SMB (install samba)
Each has its pros and cons - the cons are usually in the user/group and permissions settings. I think SMB would be the least troublesome, and you can even share those files with WinDuhs.
