Regular CPU/Disk ActivityI think I asked a networking question like 4 years ago... otherwise im new here :-) I noticed about a week ago that my gkrellm monitor started showing little regular CPU ( ~7% jump) and Disk activity spikes every few seconds. I have tried to watch "top" but cant pick anything out. I just dont really even know HOW to go about figuring out what is happening here - and havent been able to find anything online. so... help! Im running Debian Lenny, Intel P4 (Celeron) Processor, 2 IDE Hard Disks, Asus/Nvidia 7600GS, 758 Mb RAM THANKS! Bookmark/Search this post with:
