Howto for ADempiere ERP under Debian Etch released

Dear community,

looking for an ERP system for our purposes we decided to use ADempiere
which fulfills all the features we need. We know from experience that
to setup ADempiere is not a trivial procedure. So we documented all steps
in-depth attaching our ADempiere instance. For all of you interested in
ADempiere running on a Debian Etch server you'll find the complete and
working step-by-step Howto at

The Howto is written in German but the steps described therein are
self-explanatory. With increasing demand I'll translate it into English.

Te escribo en español (spanish) desde Colombia.
Hace 2 años investigo el Adempiere y creo que es un buen hijo del Compiere que a su vez es una excelente alternativa al SAP. Apoyo tu idea de volverlo un paquete Debian porque hace falta un buen software de gestión empresarial y el concepto de desarrollo comunitario con usuarios y desarrolladores en los 5 continentes lo hacen un buen candidato.

Con mi grupo estamos tratando de integrarlo a asterisk y Atutor (educación virtual) para hacer una solución con Debian para las miles de empresas que queremos formar en la nueva Colombia que vamos a hacer luego de superar la pesadilla actual.

Gracias por tu esfuerzo que puede beneficiar a millones.
